Physical fitness isn't something we must leave behind with our youth. Just because you don't aspire to be an Olympic athlete or a competitive bodybuilder, that doesn't mean that you don't want to feel comfortable and pain-free in your body. For some of us, we need to increase the amount of movement, but sometimes living pain-free requires physical therapy. There are many ways to take care of our bodies for optimal living. This section is simply the regular care and maintenance of your body, at any stage in life. Think of your maintaining your body in the same way you do maintenance on your house and car to keep them in tip-top shape.
