Who should I contact if a vendor refuses to accept an offer?

We do our best to keep our offers current. However, if you do encounter a problem with a discount vendor, please reach out to Basix LLC, our designated program manager at (888) 274-9961. 

How often do you update discount offers?

We are always looking to increase our offerings and update the discount pages frequently. Several vendors also offer seasonal discounts. If you have a specific discount offer that you would like to see added, please fill out our Discount Request Form. 

I’m looking for a discount on vision products beyond LASIK and sunglasses. Will you be adding more discounts in this category soon?

EyeMed is the exclusive vendor for all vision hardware discounts offered to Select Health members. They have an extensive network of providers and a robust discount program. 

Are Select Health Member Discounts considered covered benefits?

No, Select Health Member Discounts are not covered or reimbursed by Select Health. However, some members may qualify for Wellness Rewards. Purchases made through this program do not impact your benefits or coverage costs. These discounts are provided to promote healthy lifestyles, and Select Health does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the products and services offered.

How are services paid for?

Payment for services is made directly to the provider. Unless alternative arrangements are made, payment is typically expected at the time of service.

Are discounts applicable retroactively for previously purchased gym memberships?

Occasionally, members who have already joined a fitness club realize they qualify for Select Health Member Discounts afterward. In such cases, discuss directly with the fitness club manager. While clubs are not obligated to do so, some may offer retroactive discounts.

How do I access discounts?

Simply mention the Select Health Member Discounts program and present your Select Health ID Card. Some services offer phone and/or online shopping options. When shopping online, our website directly links you to the seller's platform, eliminating the need to input your member ID number.
