EyeMed is the exclusive vendor for all vision hardware discounts offered to Select Health members. They have an extensive network of providers and a robust discount program. Please follow the instructions listed here to access your benefit and search for available providers.
After accessing the EyeMed site, click on the “Login” dropdown located at the top right of the page. Then select “Members”. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Find My Discount Plan.” Select the letter "S" from the list of letters and then click on "SelectHealth Discount Plan (9243577)" to view your benefits. When visiting an EyeMed provider to purchase your discounted vision hardware, provide them with the plan ID 9243577 and/or your SelectHealth ID Card to receive your discount.
As a Select Health member, you can get discounts on health-related products and services to motivate you. Mention the Select Health Member Discounts program and present your Select Health ID Card. Some services allow members to shop by phone and/or online. When shopping online, the Select Health Member Discounts website links you directly to the seller's website, so there is no need to enter your member ID number.
