The WaveScan technology takes measurements of your cornea based on the behavior of light as it travels through, not just your prescription. These patterns are mapped in a WavePrint Map that allows your procedure to be uniquely customized to your eyes only.
It automatically and instantaneously tracks the tiniest movements of the eye, to keep your treatment zone centered. The WaveScan technology checks and re-checks positioning 6 times before the laser is fired; removing concerns about eye movement during your procedure.
