Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is widely recognized as an effective, non-invasive method for relieving stress and minor aches and pains. No longer considered a luxury confined to expensive spas and resorts, unlimited massage therapy is available through the SelectHealth Member Discounts program. Discounts vary by provider, but most offer $10 off each one-hour massage or $5 off each half-hour massage. Also available are discounted gift certificates from the Utah College of Massage Therapy.
