Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Find My Discount Plan.” Select the letter "S" from the list of letters and then click on "SelectHealth Discount Plan (9243577)" to view your benefits. When visiting an EyeMed provider to purchase your discounted vision hardware, provide them with the plan ID 9243577 and/or your SelectHealth ID Card to receive your discount.
