The Sports Mall is Salt Lake Valley’s premier athletic, swimming, and tennis club.
Our members appreciate our month-to-month contracts and know that we are the most service-oriented of all the gyms in Salt Lake City. Since our members are not under contract to stay with us, we have to prove ourselves and provide value each and every day. Since 1975, we have seen many imitators come and go, but we just keep on keepin’ on year after year, making friends and helping people have fun and get fit.
Our wide range of amenities and facilities, and unique programs and activities tell the story of why we have gained the reputation as the premiere Salt Lake swimming and tennis club. We invite everyone to come visit and tour our facilities to get a feel for our atmosphere, amenities, and service, but here are a few to get you acquainted:
Tennis– 20 Courts, Leagues, Senior Leagues, Group Workouts, Private Lessons, hugely popular Jr. Tennis Development Program for Pee Wees through High School College bound champions.

Pilates and Yoga Classes— Develop higher levels of strength, flexibility, balance, and tranquility in our fully equipped Pilates studio.
It’s Time to Get W.E.T. (Water Exercise Training) –A combination of deep and shallow water cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Non-swimmers are welcome!
Spin Classes –Increase aerobic capacity and fat metabolism with our spin classes!
Racquetball, Handball, Squash – 7 Racquetball/Handball Courts, 1 Squash Court. Leagues, Challenge Ladder, Tournaments. Home of the Utah Handball Association.
Youth Programs – Drop the kids off for Kids Night Out! Sports, games, swimming, movies, food, and fun!
Fit Over 60 – Our Fit Over 60 program offers daily NEVER 2 LATE classes that are designed for individuals 60 years of age and older.

Massage – For increased circulation and a general feeling of wellness, we offer one of the finest massage departments with both licensed masseuse and masseur.
