We offer Select Health Members 1-year program for just a $49 Service Fee (normally $149) AND $27.86 + tax (normally $30.95) monthly fee.

As a Select Health member, you can get discounts on health-related products and services to motivate you. Mention the Select Health Member Discounts program and present your Select Health ID Card. Some services allow members to shop by phone and/or online. When shopping online, the Select Health Member Discounts website links you directly to the seller's website, so there is no need to enter your member ID number.
