Whether it’s social, physical, or mental wellness, we provide the space, supportive environment, and professionals to help you reach your goals. The Fit Stop Health Club has been a locally-owned and family-operated fitness facility in the Heber Valley for over 25 years.
We offer a full range of fitness programs for all ages and over 60 group fitness classes weekly, and our knowledgeable staff and certified Personal Trainers will be more than happy to work with you to reach your individual fitness goals.
Some of our other amenities include massage therapy, the Crag: a 25 ft wall with 2000 sq. ft of climbing area, Kid Stop childcare, an endless lap therapy pool, new tanning beds, a smoothie bar, and much more!
